 We are following all the latest HM Government and industry guidance 

We have reviewed our policies and implemented changes where necessary which we've outlined in more detail below

We have had our safety and hygiene policies assessed by Visit England who awarded us the 'We're Good To Go' accreditation

Independently verified and validated on our safety performance by the Shield 'Safe to trade scheme' going above and beyond the government guidance demonstrating our commitment to trading safely, through robust compliance controls.

 

We are very mindful many of our guests may still be cautious so certain measures will be in place so you can visit us with confidence.

Further to the most recent Government announcement, from the 19th July 2021, we will be moving forward with the below policies;

 

General

Protective Perspex Screen at Reception will remain

One way systems will be removed

Hand sanitiser disinfection stations in all public areas and entrances

Enhanced and frequent cleaning schedules and certification of the hotel to protect our guests remain

Cashless payments encouraged

All hotel literature such as brochures have all been removed from bedrooms and corridors and are now available online or from one stand in reception only

Although mask wearing is not a legal requirement, we are advising our guests and team members to do so, particularly in busy environments

Accommodation

Overnight stays are permitted for all guests with no restrictions. Our Manor Health & Beauty Club, including Fitness Suite, Sauna and outdoor Hydrotherapy Hot Tub are open with no restrictions.  If you wish to book a treatment, please visit;

Laura Ashley Tea Room, Restaurant & Bar

Social distancing and the "rule of 6" is no longer required meaning our Restaurant, Laura Ashley Tea Room and Bar will be back to full capacity allowing larger tables and our Bar will be re-open for drink orders. We do however encourage you to consider the risks of close contact with others. Outdoor dining on our terrace and in our picturesque gardens remain available (subject to weather and availability). We are following strict food handing and service guidelines and hand sanitiser disinfectant stations remain.

Weddings, Funerals & Events

There are no limits on the number of attendees at weddings, funerals or life events.

 COVID-19 Cleaning and Operational Policy Statement

As a recommendation, any guest who has displayed the following symptoms a; Cough, Fever, Breathlessness, Change in Sense of Smell or Taste, Sore Throat, Headaches within the last 14 days should be recommended to reschedule their visit until they and their household members have been cleared of symptoms by 14 days, unless these symptoms are due to pre-existing medical conditions.
