OPEN FROM 12TH APRIL 2021

 

Dear Valued Guests,

Further to the Government Announcement on Monday 22nd February 2021, we are delighted to announce the stages of moving to full re-opening with the final removal of all restrictions from 21st June 2021.

The hotel will re-open for outdoor dining and health and beauty treatments from 12th April 2021

From 17th May 2021, the hotel will re-open for accommodation for all guests and indoor dining, following Government Guidelines.

The hotel currently remains open for the accommodation of key workers, essential business travel and others who fall within the governments criteria at this time. If you wish to make a reservation and fall under this category, we will be upholding our best rate guarantee so please make your booking online;

 Reservations 

Room service food and beverage will be offered to our residents up until 17th May 2021 and thereafter guests will be able to dine in all of our dining areas. 

Our takeaway services will also remain available as detailed further below. 

From 12th April onwards, we will be offering outside dining in our large picturesque gardens, subject to availability and weather dependent for up to 6 guests from individual households or 2 households per table. For the full details of what we are offering and to make your booking, please visit;

Alfresco Dining

 Our outdoor Igloos will also be available from 12th April to accommodate up to 6 guests from individual households or 2 households per igloo (maximum of 8 people). For further information and to make your booking, please visit;

Our Manor Health & Beauty Club will re-open on 12th April. If you wish to book a treatment for after this time, please do so online

Our Restaurant, Bar & Laura Ashley Tea Room will re-open for inside dining on 17th May for 6 guests or 2 households per table. If you wish to make a table booking for after this time, please do so online

Meetings & Events

Refreshment breaks served within the meeting room (or outside if preferred)

Lunch breaks staggered to avoid congestion (if not taking lunch within the meeting room)

Strict food handing and service guidelines in effect

Recommended use of personal smart devices and tablets for note taking

Hotel literature removed from all areas

New pens/paper provided if needed however we would encourage all delegates to use their own supply

PPE available for all team members

 

Manor Health & Beauty Club

All clients will be asked to sanitise their hands before entering the salon, a santiser station has been installed to support this

Therapists will be wearing visors for all treatments

Therapists will wear disposable aprons which will be changed after every client

Therapists will wash their hands thoroughly between clients

Social distancing measures will be encouraged, markers have been placed on the floor to encourage this

No facial treatments will be carried out until Government Guidelines allow

All treatment areas will be thoroughly cleaned after each client with approved COVID-19 safe sanitiser

All touch points will be cleaned hourly with approved COVID-19 safe sanitiser

Clients are reminded not to attend their appointment if they are displaying a high temperature, new contagious cough or change of sense of smell or taste

 

 COVID-19 Cleaning and Operational Policy Statement

As a recommendation, any guest who has displayed the following symptoms a; Cough, Fever, Breathlessness, Change in Sense of Smell or Taste, Sore Throat, Headaches within the last 14 days should be recommended to reschedule their visit until they and their household members have been cleared of symptoms by 14 days, unless these symptoms are due to pre-existing medical conditions. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry and or cancel reservation if the guest displays such symptoms on arrival for the security and protection of its guests and team members. 

 

Reduced VAT

A temporary VAT rate reduction will be applied from 15th July 2020. All best available rates have been amended to reflect this.
