Food & Beverage Manager - 

We have a great opportunity to develop as a Senior Manager and lead a great team in our busy food and beverage department including in our Laura Ashley Tearoom.

About the Role

Predominantly operations based, the role will work with and alongside other food and beverage supervisors and team members to ensure every customer receives the best possible experience.

· Lead and manage all F&B operations to the agreed standards and financial guidelines.

· Create and lead the F&B team to build a culture of customer service excellence through recruitment, training and development and leading from the front.

· To assist in preparation and monitoring of Duty Manager / departmental rotas and shifts as required.

· Assist in establishing and implementing targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.

· Maintain excellent relationship with all internal and external stakeholders

· Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements.

· Constantly review the product range to ensure that the best possible revenue return is achieved.

· In conjunction with relevant team members manage and monitor the employee incentives.

· Lead the way in selling the hotels’ facilities and services, setting an example to all team members
